Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA) Symposium 2023, the premier annual event of the contact center industry, was successfully delivered for another year.
Under the theme "Brilliant@Basics," we redirected our focus to the foundation of customer service and the core purpose that drives us.
The symposium proved to be an enriching experience, featuring a total of 9 speaker sessions that delved into the latest technology sharing and showcased remarkable digital transformation (DX) initiatives. Every attendee had the opportunity to engage with industry peers, exchanging knowledge and ideas that will shape the future of our industry.
